He said online businesses are likely to encounter less bureaucracy than those setting up traditional enterprises, as factors such as retail fronts and health and safety do not come into play. Meanwhile, a spokesperson for office service provider Regus explained that many small businesses make use of virtual offices, which allow owners to have a "very prestigious address" attached to their company.
