Vostro came about after Dell conducted a survey of 1,800 small businesses from 12 countries. For small businesses that don't know much about technology, Dell said Vostro also comes with 24/7 access to 6,500 specifically trained Dell sales and support technicians that understand small business. She said that the price point of the Vostro products is something that small businesses can easily work with and that the services speaks to what small businesses need.
