Hi Daniel,
I thought about this all weekend and decided that we can do this.
I will fix the bugs you noted in the last email, the installation problems and add a window to display your website. You cannot change this url without code changes and updates to the installation.
The extra month will be very difficult for me. I am launching a new line for my real estate software and need to devote my focus to that. I don't have the time to teach anyone how to program. I am sure you understand this. I can and would always answer emails to the best of my ability. Even if you had a question months down the road. As long as I am not getting a lot of emails.

I apologize for giving you the impression that I am asking too much of your time
As conveyed in my last email, I am willing to accept what we agreed earlier ie, fix up the bugs and add the update/advertisement link.
As to the suport, I ask that you extend it a little bit as I am working on this part time (I have a full time job to take care.)
So one month is too short for me to do anything!
I am buying your software partly to learn about Visual Basic programming.
It would take me at least 1-2 weeks to get the visual basic compiler and books and start reading them!
If this is not possible can you provide extended month for a fee?
Thomas, I ask that you reconsider selling the site to me.
Is there any way I can call you to talk about this?

Maybe you didn't get my previous email before I changed the WSO thread. I have already refunded your $354 yesterday and sent you an email explaining why.
This is only my opinion so please don't take this as any disrespect. It seems you are requiring too much service for the purchase price. Two months of support would cost a lot more than the $654. I would take no less than $100 an hour if I took on clients for software projects. The reason I am selling the software was due to me concentrating on my real estate products.
I don't see me being able to do that and take care of supporting you and your customers. That being said, I will just hold on to the software and continue development on it later this year. I was only selling the software "As is" and had no intention of furthering development.
It was a pleasure meeting you Daniel and thank you for trying to make this work. I appreciate you taking time to look over my software. It is a shame that our needs didn't meet so we could have finished this transaction.
Maybe we will be able to do business at a later date.
